After a hectic week at the Olive Grows, a couple of sleepless nights, an incredibly efficient teamwork, our macarons tower at the Barbican Centre was a great success. It was standing proudly in the middle of the scene where everyone could enjoy Unaiza Karim’s art work. The Macarons tower was such a success at the art exhibition that it didn’t last a couple of hours.
I have to say that our tasting session was the best proof of the quality of our product. It actually looked more like a tempting session where everybody wanted to get their own packets of macarons. The “Macaron star” was our delicate Lavender, competing with our famous Rose, Strawberry with geranium and Raspberry. The success was not only the fact of selling 90% of our delis, but the fantastic comments we’ve had from our customers.
As you all may know, bobo is a new brand of macarons in London and what we want above all is to offer the best quality products. Making macarons is such complex and delicate operation, that tasting a macaron has to be a stunning experience where flavours come by layers. And we are very proud to have shared this with you !
Therefore, we would like to thank all of you who supported this important event for bobo. We also would like to thank the Barbican Centre for hosting bobo at the Christmas bazaar and the Olive Grows who offers every Chef and cook a unique and professional environment to bake and provide the best products in terms of taste and quality.
Keep on following us and our adventures. Don’t forget to order your Bobo Tower for your next event. Remember that we do deliver amazing towers at different sizes, shapes and colours according to your themes and creativity. You can also find bobo macarons in the best cafes of London.
Happy New year!
